Philip, an eighteen-year-old boy, is having a very dull summer. He has no job and his parents have left on vacation leaving him in the care of his older sister. He decides to play a trick on his sister and her friend â€“ he makes a video of them undressing. The catch him in the act and decide that since he is so interested in seeing girls in their undies, he should have the pleasure of seeing and feeling them on himself. His punishment is to spend the summer as fully dressed and made up as a young girl half his age.
The story is illustrated by Chris of England and extensively modified from the original anonymously written story by Carole Jean.
