Made from beautiful beechwood, this mill features a case-hardened steel grinding mechanism and a chocolate brown finish. The Paris u'Select mills feature Peugeot's exclusive u'Select grind system, which allows you to adjust the grind by turning the ring at the bottom of the mill. Simply turn the ring in one direction for a finer grind and in the other direction for a coarser grind. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. Adjust the ring to any of the six pre-defined settings or to any point in between for the grind you prefer.
