Pfanni Kartoffel Knoedel . Dumplings made out of one half raw potatoes and one half cooked potatoes .Easy to prepare, just place the potato dumplings in a pot with cold water and add some salt.( make sure the dumplings are covered with water ) Bring water to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.Remove dumplings and rinse shortly under cold water. Remove dumplings from bags and serve .
