- The RF source module features an on-board default high-precision 25MHz 0.5ppm TCXO and an internal VCO fundamental frequency output frequency range of 3-6GHz, with a fundamental frequency division below 3GHz.
- This radio frequency source provides PC host computer controlled program, output amplitude: ‑4~5dBm, 4 levels touch screen control.
- This RF source chip features a base frequency VCO from 23.5MHz to 6000MHz, an output binary buffer or driver used to extend the frequency range, a reference clock frequency up to 200MHz, and is compatible with 1.8V control logic.
- The RF source is available in a lead-, RoHS compliant, 5mm x 5mm, 32-pin TQFN package and operates over the extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- This module of radio frequency source is full touch screen frequency input, the output frequency mode is dot frequency, and the sweep frequency is optional.
