Our Blackening seasoning has a variety of herbs and spices including paprika, garlic, and onion powder. It is very similar to Cajun Seasoning and Creole seasoning in that it will add some "Zing" to your dish. The rule of thumb is that Cajun seasoning will add the most zing, and Creole seasoning the least. Blackening seasoning falls right in the middle of both Creole and Cajun giving your meal just the right amount of spice.
