- Official Usage: This single, polished axle comes straight from the Official BSA Cub Scout derby kit. It’s excellent for usage at Pinewood Derby races, Awana Games, and more.
- Angled for Performance: It’s designed with a slotted head and a 1.5 degree bend in the shaft. This allows you to gently steer a front wheel left or right so your car rolls straight down the track.
- Convenient: This axle has an Easy Turn screwdriver slot, so the axle can be easily turned without becoming damaged. The slot also saves the cost of an axle bender tool or an axle popper tool.
- Smooth Sailing: This derby axle features an exclusive Pinewood Pro graphite coating to reduce friction. The underside of the axle head is also cut back to minimize wheel contact for less friction.
- No Need to Fine Tune: The engineering of bent axles for Pinewood Derby helps to increase your car’s speed while eliminating the need to spend hours of time running tests and making adjustments.
