The folding aluminum pizza peel and stone cleaning brush are essential for the use and maintenance of the Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven PC0601. Both the peel and brush conveniently fold for portability and storage. The peel is necessary for putting pizzas into the oven and removing them, smoothly sliding underneath your pies. The brush is ideal for cleaning the oven baking stones and has a built-in scraper to remove baked-on cheese and toppings. Both feature comfort grips for easy handling. This peel and brush are recommended for Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven PC0601 but can also be used with the Pizza craft PizzaQue Outdoor Pizza Oven PC6500, Pizza craft Pizzeria Pronto Outdoor Pizza Oven PC6000 and PizzaQue Deluxe Kettle Grill Pizza Kit for 18" and 22.5" Kettle Grills PC7001. HOW TO USE: PEEL: Unscrew the knob at base and unfold the handle. Secure the handle into place before using the peel by tightening the knob at the base of the handle. Unscrew knob to fold handle back in when ready to store peel. BRUSH: To open, remove strap and unfold. Use the thumb screw to secure the handle's connection to the brush portion, and tighten to make sure it is solid. The scraper at the end of the brush is ideal for removing cheese and toppings that have baked onto the pizza stone. Use the natural brush bristles to keep the surface of your pizza stone clean, smooth, and free of debris. Make sure that the stone has cooled to room temperature before using the bristles of the brush on your pizza stone. The scraper may be used while the pizza stone is hot and in use.
