Polaris gets a boatload of money for these front hub 4x4 clutches. We designed a brand new unit that is not only considerably cheaper but much stronger as well. The stock unit uses a weak cast aluminum cage that is prone to breakage, we use a 6061 billet machined cage that is thicker throughout the fingers to make it much, much stronger. This ready to bolt in unit also includes a machined steel inner splined hub and heat treated steel rollers. Finishing it off is a new garter spring to hold everything in place. This is by far the best value for the money! This hub installs on driveshafts with a spline, if your machine uses a keyed shaft you will need our other model available in our Amazon store. This front 4x4 hub clutch fits the 1995-02 Polaris Magnum 325, 425, and 500 4x4 and 6x6 models. Replaces Polaris part #1520214 and 1520281.
