The new Deluxe Edition of the Poldark Soundtrack features four new tracks including a specially composed performance of the Poldark theme music performed by international superstar pianist, Lang Lang plus two newly recorded folk songs performed by actor Eleanor Tomlinson and a five minute suite of the most popular themes from the series. The Poldark Deluxe Edition also includes four limited edition postcards.

ABOUT THE SHOW
Almost 40 years ago, Captain Ross Poldark galloped across the TV screens of millions of PBS viewers, vexing villains and winning female hearts in one of Masterpiece's earliest hit series, Poldark. Now the gallant captain rides again, allowing a new generation to delight in the exploits of an unconventional romantic hero. Aidan Turner (The Hobbit) stars as Ross Poldark, a redcoat who returns to Cornwall after the American Revolutionary War to discover that his father is dead, his lands are ruined, and his true love is about to marry his first cousin. The series also stars Eleanor Tomlinson (Death Comes to Pemberley) as the fiery servant Demelza, a strong-willed miner s daughter who runs away from home and finds refuge in Poldark's enlightened household.

ABOUT THE MUSIC
Anne Dudley is an English composer and pop musician. She was a prominent member of the Grammy AwardÂ®-winning synthpop band The Art of Noise and is now a critically acclaimed composer for movies and television. Dudley won an Academy AwardÂ® for Best Original Music or Comedy Score for her work on The Full Monty. Since then, she has composed music for more than forty films including The Crying Game, American History X, Bright Young Things, and served as music producer for the film version of Les MisÃ©rables.
