- Superior Mechanical Performance: Reinforced with 10% carbon fiber, PA612-ESD delivers 84 MPa tensile strength (X-Y) and 116 MPa bending strength—doubling the strength of PETG-ESD for reliable use in structural components, jigs, and industrial housings.
- Industrial-Grade ESD Protection: Engineered with carbon nanotubes for consistent surface resistivity of 104–107Ω/sq. Ensures sensitive electronics are shielded from electrostatic discharge in industrial automation, handling systems, and electronics enclosures.
