  • Our dried and sliced Porcini Mushrooms are organic. Porcini mushrooms have an earthy, nutty flavor and aroma. Dried Porcini mushrooms have a richer flavor than fresh Porcini mushrooms, and they can be rehydrated and reconstituted. Porcinis are terrific with soups, stews, risotto, pasta and much more! Porcini mushrooms may have naturally occurring white spots which is part of their natural color, and is not an indicator of mold. Note: All mushrooms naturally contain sulfites.
