Portable Ketosis Meter - Digital Ketone Breath Tester Professional, Ketosis Breath Analyzer with 10 Mouthpieces | Monitors Acetone & Ketones in Breath
Introduction to the Breath Ketone Meter: A breath ketone breath analyzer is a portable, non-invasive device designed to measure ketone levels in the breath. Utilizing advanced sensor technology, it accurately detects the concentration of acetone—a reliable indicator of the body's ketone production—offering a convenient and hygienic alternative to blood or urine testing.
The ketone breath tester needs to be exhausted before your first use. To do this, turn on the keto breath meter, wait for the 15 seconds countdown to be completed, and turn it off. Repeat the same procedure 1-2 times (without blowing) before you proceed to your first test. During testing, please blow for 5-6 seconds immediately once "START" showing then Ketone Breath analyzer will start analyzing your breath, the result readings will be visible for 10 seconds.
Understanding Ketosis and PPM Measurement: The ketosis meter measures breath acetone in parts per million (PPM). When the body enters ketosis, it starts producing ketones as byproducts of fat metabolism. An increase in ketone production leads to a corresponding rise in breath acetone concentration, providing a direct insight into your metabolic state.
Clear Results & Actionable Insights at a Glance: The breath ketone meter detects acetone levels from 0 to 99 PPM and follows a six-level guidance system: 0–2 ppm (No Ketosis), 3–4 ppm (Early Stage Ketosis), 5–10 ppm (Light Ketosis), 11–39 ppm (Stable Fat Burning Zone), 40–59 ppm (Caution – High Ketosis), and 60–99 ppm (Ketoacidosis). Tracking breath acetone offers a more accurate insight into the fuel your body is using, since acetone is a direct byproduct of fat metabolism—and approximately 80% of the fat your body burns is released through the lungs.
Transitioning into Ketosis and Ongoing Monitoring: Entering ketosis is not an instantaneous process—it typically takes between 48 hours to one week, depending on factors such as diet, activity level, body type, and lifestyle. During this transition, the breath ketone meter serves as an effective tool to monitor your progress. By simply breathing into the device, you can track your ketone levels and adjust your habits accordingly to achieve and maintain your desired state of ketosis.
