5 Year Limited Warranty: Progressive International Corporation warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. The warranty does not include damages caused by misuse, accidents, commerical use, overheating or neglect on the part of the user. Also not included would be scratches, discolorations, staining or anything that would be considered incidental or consequential damages. Progressive International Corp. will at its option, repair or replace with the same or equivalent item, any product determined by Progressive to be defective. If the particular item is no longer in production, a product of equivalent value will be substituted. If the product fails die to defects in the material or workmanship, return the defective item, postage paid, along with the original dated receipt, and $2.00 for postage and handling, to Progressive International Corporation, 6111 S. 228th St., Kent, WA 98032. Your repaired item or replacement product will be returned to you postage paid. This warranty provides specific legal rights, you may also have otehr rights that vary state to state.
