It is 43inches wide and 15 inches long with a standard rod pocket (This measurement is spread out flat so if your window is wider than 28 inches, you will need 2 valances!) (can be made wide rod pocket~just request). It is made from cotton & poly fabric and is mach washable (gentle) and dryable (low heat).
