Compatibility notes
Compatible with all Epson printers except where the ink cartridges remain static during printing (e.g. Artisan 7xx and 8xx)
Compatible with all water-based ink except pigment ink. (Pigment ink can be cleaned but the success rate is very low)
Printer must be clear of all error messages before use, including 'clean printer head'
We recommend using fresh ink from a different supplier after cleaning. If your ink caused the blockage it can reclog the head during priming

Instructions for use
1. Print a nozzle check pattern to identify which colors need cleaning
2. Warm up the cleaning fluid
3. Remove ink cartridges
4. Place blotting paper under printhead (see our website on how to access printhead)
5. Inject 2ml fluid into each nozzle to be cleaned
6. Remove blotting paper
7. Reinstall cartridges

The kit works in 90% of cases and comes with troubleshooting notes.

Disclaimer
Printer cleaning is successful 95% of the time, but does require a supply of fresh ink and carries a small risk of damage to the printer. As such, we recommend using cleaning when other methods (such as the inbuilt cleaning function) have already been tried, and when the printer has no functional use unless fixed.
