ProStretch Night Sock helps alleviate heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, calf muscle cramps, and runners' cramps. The ProStretch NightSock is an alternative to night splint. By keeping your foot in a slightly flexed position, it comfortably elongates the muscles and soft tissues of the calf and foot, speeding up recovery while you sleep. The ProStretch Night Sock is easy to use and allows you to increase the flex of your foot gradually. Its toe support enables you to pull all toes back at the same angle which provides improved stretching results and greater comfort. The fastening straps secure the sock in place preventing socks movement throughout the night while the low profile hook and loop fasteners avoid snagging of bedding. The breathable, soft, and lightweight material provides you with superior comfort throughout the night. Begin the first two nights with the foot in a natural and relaxed position. On the third night and beyond increase the socks tension by 1/2" or less each night until able to reach a maximum flexed position of 90 degrees angle of foot and toes slightly flexed.
