- SEWN TO SPEC: The Propper CWU 27/P Flight Suit is sewn to mil-spec YACL-WP PD 99-01 R using authentic FR Nomex fabric, FR trims and thread. Sized in chest / inseam increments matching the mil-spec measurements.
- NOMEX FABRIC: Authentic 4.5 oz plain weave Nomex fabric that meets the mil-spec for flyers coveralls. The Air Force Tan and Freedom Green/Sage colors are solution dyed and nIR compliant, black is piece dyed, non-nIR compliant.
- ALL THE POCKETS: Includes 6 primary zipper pockets and additional accessory pockets such as a left shoulder hook and loop closure pocket and a knife pocket on the left inner thigh with cording for attachment.
- ZIPPERED LEG OPENING: Features a zippered leg opening to make putting on and taking off this coverall easier as well as providing options for wearing untucked over flight boots. With a pleated, bi-swing back for ease of upper-body motion and hook and loop adjustable waist belt, the flight suit has many customizable features to help with fit and mobility.

Propper's Nomex flight suit is built to military specification FNS/PD 96-17 (MIL-C-83141A) as worn by all U.S. flight crews. Constructed of 92% Meta Aramid, 5% Para Aramid and 3% conductive fiber fabrics, which makes this garment flame-resistant. Features a two-way zipper with pull, six primary pockets, adjustable waist belt with Velcro, knife pocket on the left inseam, pencil pocket on the left sleeve and a gusseted back.
