Our Shut Off Ball Valve is suitable for use in hot(140°F Max) and cold (33°F Min.) water applications. It adopts Push-Fit technology, which allows users to connect and disconnect quick and easy without the need of any other tools. It gives full flow and positive shut off without leakage, which is very easy to install. Valve act is 90 degrees, full on to full off, with no seepage.This little valve fits standard tubing OD 1/4 inch Copper, CPVC, PEX and PVC tubing for most RO systems and Commonly used on pressurized storage tanks for reverse osmosis (RO) systems,but also with any other fitting using a 1/4" male thread
Where to use it?
Our Shut Off Ball Valve is used to turn off the water supply to your pressure tank. Critical if you ever want to remove the tubing from the pressure tank.The Tank Shut Off Valve will thread directly onto any standard drinking water pressure tank allowing you to isolate the tank for service, or simply just remove the tubing from the tank without having to fully drain the tank first.
How to use it?
Just pop in your 1/4 inch tubing into outlet end, pushing until it won't go in. Then Screw on the threaded bottom part to the RO tank.To remove, just push in the outer circle on tubing end and pull right out. You need to make sure the tubing is cut squared to insure no leaks.
