Plugs should be applied by an adult, never a child. Flatten plugs with fingers & shape to cover outer ear until snugly fit. DO NOT tear plugs at any time. Use entire plug for each ear. DO NOT FORCE INTO EAR CANAL. Remove plugs by pressing up under the backside of the ear and pulling down on the ear lobe. Alternating these techniques several times will release the plug over the ear canal for easy removal. Plugs may be used for up to 2 weeks with proper handling.
