- Connection Voltage: DC12-24V, can be used with the majority of 12V solenoid operated winch. Protection class IP65. Those 4 Pack wireless winch remotes are suitable for winches with a maximum pulling capacity of up to 9000 lbs.
- Visual indicator light: With indicator light to display remote operation, please install it according to the instructions. If the product is not working properly, please contact us and we will provide detailed guidance.
- If you hear intermittent clicking, it indicates that the battery voltage is insufficient to drive the winch. Please ensure your vehicle`s battery is adequately charged.
- A single click followed by silence suggests a problem with the relay contacts. It may require inspection or replacement to ensure proper functionality.
- The remote control itself does not directly drive the motor. It is designed to control the winch relay coil.
