1. Quadcopter lost connection to controller: End up operation before answering the phoneï¼Œ keep the drone parallel to your phone, then try to mach code again;
2. Quadcopter can't lift up: Check the propeller to make sure it was installed correctly(diagonal propellers must be the same direction );
3. Motor not spin: Check the motor to see if anything stuck the motor(hair, string, etc)
4. Release stop button before next flight
5. For the battery life, it depends on how long the customer charge the battery and how the customer operate the dron
