Description
- HORT-RANGE GREEN DOT LASER: VLM-520-60 LPO produces an extremely small and sharp circular green dot optimized for close-range alignment within 1 meter. Green wavelength (515~530 nm) provides higher visual acuity than red for fine positioning tasks at short distance.
- SUPERIOR PRECISION & RELIABILITY: Built with stainless steel housing (Ø10 × 40 mm) and a high-precision glass aspherical lens, ensuring tight beam profile stability. Engineered for consistent performance in continuous-use industrial environments.
- ENGINEERED PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS: Class 1 laser output (<0.39 mW) ensures eye-safe operation under normal conditions. Beam divergence <0.4 mRad provides a concentrated dot with consistent spot size within 1 meter. Since the laser dot is very small and focused within 1 meter, it will appear very bright - similar to a Class 2 laser - even though it is classified as Class 1. Operating voltage: 3~6 VDC.
- INDUSTRIAL-GRADE DURABILITY: Tested for vibration resistance (10–55 Hz, 1.5 mm amplitude) with insulated housing for electrical safety. Operating reliably from –20 °C to +60 °C in demanding environments including manufacturing automation, machine vision systems, CNC machining, 3D printing, and industrial tooling applications.
- PRECISION APPLICATIONS: Crafted in Taiwan for precision alignment tasks including tool path indication, component positioning verification, optical sensing reference, calibration markers for inspection systems, and nozzle/cutting point alignment in automated equipment.
