QUEEN MAJESTY JALAPENO TEQUILA & LIME HOT SAUCE: perfectly balances a refreshing flavor with a satisfying heat. This original recipe is based on 3 of our favorite things: jalape*os, tequila and limes. What a combo! We also added Bragg's apple cider vinegar and a little green apple as some complimentary sweetness to the lime juice. Of our three flavors, this one has the most garlic and it works perfectly on everything from grilled seafood to egg sandwiches. You can even make a "lazy guacamole" by adding some to mashed avocado, then serve with chips or put on a taco! QUEEN MAJESTY SCOTCH BONNET & GINGER HOT SAUCE: perfectly balances a vibrant flavor with a slow-burning heat. This original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to compliment than compete with it. The brightness of the ginger and lime also work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost all of your favorite dishes. QUEEN MAJESTY RED HABANERO & BLACK COFFEE HOT SAUCE: perfectly balances an exciting flavor with a sensational heat. This is our hottest recipe, we use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. Our RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 3 types of vinegar: our own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg's apple cider vinegar and for extra depth of flavor we add in some pure balsamic vinegar. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza.
