The Rada Cutlery R129 Chefâ€™s Dicer Knife is a lightweight meat cleaver that is ideal for many chopping, dicing and mincing tasks. Â The blade on this knife measures 5-1/4 inches and has an overall length of 9-1/2 inches. Â The blade on the chefâ€™s dicer is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel and is hand sharpened creating a razor sharp edge. Â The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention. Â The handle on the chefâ€™s dicer is made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish. Â It is also offset which keeps your knuckles out of harmâ€™s way while chopping and dicing. Â This knife should not be washed in the dishwasher. Â Handwashing is recommended. Â Rada Mfg.
