The Rada Cutlery W204 Utility Steak Knife will add a versatile, stainless steel knife to your kitchen utensil arsenal.  The utility steak knife is an indispensable kitchen staple that you’ll use both in the kitchen and at the dinner table.  It is the perfect knife for a variety of miscellaneous cutting tasks.  This knife is the perfect size for large or small cuts of meat, vegetables, fruits and fish.  It is a mid-size knife and has a longer blade than a traditional paring knife.  The hollow ground blade is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened.  The knife’s blade measures 4-7/8 inches and has an overall length of 6-1/8 inches. The handle is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher.  Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but the handle on this knife is dishwasher tolerant.  This steak utility knife has just the right thickness for comfort and performance.  Rada Mfg.
