This 4" pop-up features a Seal-A-Matic check valve with a 45 PSI pressure compensating design, and Rain Bird's exclusive triple-blade wiper seal that prevents stick-ups. It has an innovative design that is capable of handling the thickest grit and most dramatic pressure variations with ease. This model features Rain Bird's patented PRS pressure regulator, built right in to the stem. This unique feature allows you to save approximately 1 GPM per spray. It also helps stop the misting and fogging caused by excessively high water pressure. This model also comes with a patented Flow Shield technology that delivers a low-flow 15' service indication stream when the nozzle is removed. As a result, the system performance is maintained, water is saved, and you don't have to wait until you have brown grass or dead plants to notice something's wrong.
