Ranger Bands (Large (20 count))
- Includes the following Ranger Band quantity and dimension: 20 Large (2-1/4 in. flattened length x 1/2 in. width x 0.062 in. wall thickness).
- Heavy Duty Rubber Bands made from EPDM rubber, providing an excellent combination of durability and stretch.
- Ranger Bands easily secure everything from your ferro rod to a lobster claw to extension cords.
- Can be used as an emergency tinder product; each Ranger Band burns hot and bright for at least a minute.
- Made in the USA; Berry Compliant.
Normally you would make Ranger Bands yourself from bicycle inner tubes. We've been doing that ourselves for years now, but we wanted something consistent in size, strength, and stretch. In 2018 we found an American factory that can make Ranger Bands for us from EPDM rubber. EPDM is resistant to heat and cold, moisture, steam, and UV light. In addition to heavy duty rubber bands, EPDM is used as a roofing material, so you know it's durable.
