About the Diamond Coated Grinding Wheel Dresser Tools:
This tool set provides the owner the ability to clean up any gouge marks, valleys and pits on their grinding wheels to help improve stone wheel performance.
When used on stone grinding wheels this allows for a truer surface to sharpen tools or to provide precision grinding needs (examples: woodturning tools, knives, lawn mower blades).
Using the tools in combination (first the 36 grit tool and then the 100 grit tool) restores the stone wheel back to peak perfection for fine sharpening tasks.
