- REAL LAVA SAND: This is literally the only actual lava sand for sale on the internet. All other lava sand you will find is actually crushed scoria, a pumice-like lava rock used in landscaping. It has no ability to hold a temperature like this lava sand can.
- RETAINS HEAT WELL: One of lava sands attractive qualities is that it retains heat very well. Many people use this sand in heating pads or ice packs.
- MANY USES: Lava sand can be used for crafts. Lava sand is fantastic for homemade exfoliating soaps. It can also be used in sand art, hourglass, or a mini zen garden. It is great for aquariums and especially for heating pads.
- FINE GRAIN AND CLEAN: This lava sand is not gravel. It is real sand in a fine grain. This lava sand has been screened, washed, dried, and sanitized.
