Red heart shimmer is an elegant yarn that contains just a hint of metallic. Made of 97-percent acrylic and 3-percent metallic polyester medium worsted material. It combines beautiful rich solid shades with a matching thread of metallic to give it just a hint of sparkle. This red heart yarn is filled with ultra fine metallic specks that create a beautiful and stylish shimmer. It is perfect for both knitting and crocheting. The acrylic fiber has a nice loft which creates a very plush fabric. Shimmer yarn is fantastic on classic worsted weight size needles but also perfect for open stitch work and hairpin lace. It is available for 4 mm knitting needle and 5 mm crochet hook. Fabric care instructions are machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach, do not iron and dry cleanable. Made in Turkey. Available in shamrock color. Measures 280-yards length.
