Redding Reloading Titanium Nitride 1/2'' O.D. x 3/8'' Long Neck Sizing Bushing (76292) | Precision Steel Reloading Bushing with Increased Surface Hardness & Reduced Sizing Friction
TITANIUM NITRIDE COATING - The Redding Reloading neck sizing bushing features a Titanium Nitride surface treatment that increases effective surface hardness to approximately Rc 85, significantly reducing friction during sizing for smoother operation
OPTIMAL DIMENSIONS - Built with 1/2'' O.D. and 3/8'' length, this durable steel bushing fits all Redding bushing style dies and freely interchanges with Wilson-style bushings, delivering great compatibility and versatility
PRECISION-MACHINED RELIABILITY - Made from sturdy heat-treated steel, each hand-polished bushing is marked with clearly visible size identification and is offered in .001'' increments ranging from .185'' to .368'', covering calibers from .17 to .338
ENHANCED DURABILITY - The heat-treated steel construction combined with the Titanium Nitride surface treatment improves wear resistance, reduces sizing effort, and provides long service life of this reloading tool even under harsh conditions
EASY SIZING SELECTION - Determine the correct size of the Redding Reloading bushing by measuring the outside neck diameter of a loaded cartridge and subtracting .002'' to compensate for brass spring back, ensuring ideal neck tension and bullet seating
Redding Titanium Nitride Neck Sizing Bushings are hand-polished with a surface hardness of Rc 60-62 with the addition of a Titanium Nitride surface treatment to further increase the effective surface hardness and reduce sizing friction. They are available in .001" size increments throughout the range of .185" thru .365", covering all calibers from .17 to .338. By selecting the correct bushing, you are now able to provide just the right amount of neck tension to properly hold the bullet without excessive resizing. All bushings are marked with size I.D.
