Using Tips
Standing Exercises - Bring your cuffed foot off the floor and pull it in front and across your body until it passes your standing foot. For hip abduction, place the ankle strap around the ankle furthest from the machine. Bring your cuffed foot off the floor and move it out to your side, away from your body, until you cannot move it any further without shifting your hips.

Seated Exercises - Targeting the internal rotator muscles, attach the cable to your ankle furthest from the machine. Keep your knee bent to 90 degrees and pull that leg away from your body by rotating your hip.

Lying Exercises - Lie face up or face down to target your calves or hamstrings with the ankle strap. To strengthen your hamstrings, lie on your stomach facing away from the cable machine with your legs extended and attach the cuff to one ankle.
