Replacement Vintage Revere Ware Pot/dutch Oven Handle Pair (2-screw)
- Replacement handle for vintage Revere Ware pots/Dutch ovens

These are replacement handles for vintage era Revere Ware pots and Dutch ovens (the ones with two screws per handle). These parts are newly manufactured and are made to look and work just like original Revere Ware pot handles.

Material: Bakelite, stainless steel

Includes: Each handle includes two handle halves + four screws. Each order includes two handles, enough for one pot.

Measurements: 3.33 in (85 mm) long, 0.68 in (17 mm) thick, holes are 1.5 in (38 mm) apart on center.

Fits: Vintage era pots and Dutch ovens. If your pot handles look like these, they should fit.

Replaces: The original Revere part number for this replacement handle was 628.

Part Notes
The screws included with these handles are Phillips head, not slotted like the original Revere Ware pot handle screws were. Because the original slot head screws strip very easily, we consider this an improvement.
These handles have a matte finish, not a glossy one like the other Bakelite parts we sell. In our experience, some original pot handles had a glossy finish and some had a matte finish. We chose to go with the matte finish to provide a better grip.

Bakelite notes
Because Bakelite is somewhat brittle, over tightening can cause the Bakelite to crack or the screw inserts to pull out.
These handles are not oven-safe and repeated washing in a dishwasher will dull the surface of the Bakelite.

Installation Notes
When you screw these on, if the smaller piece seems to not be on quite all the way, unscrew both screws a little, wiggle the handle to seat the handle better, and screw the handle tight again.
