- Graded from Level 4 to Level 9. Each level represents an increase in resistance of approximately 2.5 pounds compared to the previous level. Level 5 is standard equipment on the Resistance Chair System.
- Set consists of two Anchor Cables included in box
- Soft, sturdy handles with foam-covered grip and smooth nylon strap
- Multi-band construction guarantees added safety and reliability in comparison to "single-band" cables. A tough polyester sheath surrounds the bands to produce a smooth and quiet operation
- Cable anchor lock snaps on quickly and securely into the anchor assembly base. Cables remain firmly in place when in use, but can be changed easily when needed
The patent-pending Resistance Anchor Cable system allows you to tailor the resistance level of the cables to your specific needs. Color-coded cable ends identify six different resistance levels, from Level 4 to Level 9. Each level represents an increase in resistance of approximately 2.5 pounds, or 1.1 kg., in comparison to the previous level. The Level 9 cables can also be used for isometic resistance exercises. Set consists of two Anchor Cables included in box. PLEASE NOTE: The Resistance Chair comes with the "Level 5" resistance cables attached to both upper and lower pulleys as standard equipment.
