Specialized bacteria degrade soaps and detergents preventing buildup on tank walls, traps, and floats These bacteria also degrade fats, greases and proteins from food preparation wastes that often cause unpleasant odors. The odor neutralizing fragrance reduces these odors, while the bacteria degrade the organic materials preventing buildup.
