Product Description
Roleo Arm and Hand Massager Forearm, Hand, and Wrist Massager; Arm Roller; Portable. Firm Forearm Massage for Hand and Wrist Wellness. Invented by a LIC. Massage Therapist.
- Use the Roleo slowly and focus on areas like trigger points and the muscle-tendon junctions near the elbow and wrist. Although most people find the pressure to be just right, some find it too strong or too weak. Please note that Roleo will work if you give it time and use it regularly. There are techniques (see video) to increase the feeling of pressure, or to cushion the arm to make it less intense, depending on preference.
- Turning the knob increases or decreases pressure within a "medium-to-firm" range. This adds some extra pressure, or takes the edge off. The knob stops turning in either direction. Forcing it past that point will not add or lessen pressure, it will simply break the device. Rest assured, the pressure will provide the benefits you desire.
- Invented and designed by a California Licensed Massage Therapist for other therapists. Massage therapists like (and need) massage on their forearms and hands between clients and shifts. With Roleo, they can get that treatment on their own. No need to used one hand to massage the other.
- Rock climbers (for example) love strong pressure because their forearms get very tight, and they literally take their lives into their own hands. If you want more pressure than the maximum, change the angle of the arm during use, or flex the wrist or make a fist while using to increase the pressure sensation. Great for musicians (guitar, bass, piano, drums), hairstylists, dentists, dental hygienists, tennis players, golfers, Pickleballers. Anyone who uses their hands for repetative tasks.
- If it feels too strong, wear a sweatshirt to cushion your arm. A long-sleeved T-shirt will protect heavy arm hair from pulling. If you don't want to hold it with your other hand, install provided suction cups. Please make sure to pull them hard and snug toward the side of the Roleo. Works on clean glass, plexiglass, metal, finished wood, marble, or any smooth surface. To uninstall, pull Roleo off and then remove cups from surface.

The Roleo Massager was invented by a Licensed Massage Therapist to treat Repetitive Stress Injuries in his forearms, wrists and hands from thousands of hours of massage work. Later, his thankful clients witnessed that it has helped them with tennis elbow and golfers elbow pain.
How ROLEO works:
Roleo attempts to replicate the action of massage, specifically effleurage, trigger point, and deep tissue techniques. These techniques have been shown in published studies to help chronic hand and wrist conditions. Roleo allows you to self-apply these techniques.
NO BATTERIES NEEDED - So easy to use and doesn't require batteries or electricity.
STANDS STEADY ON DESK OR COUNTER - Made with rubber feet and includes 4 detachable suction cups for more stability
MADE WITH ADJUSTABLE KNOB - With a knob ergonomically placed on top of the hand and finger massager, your free hand can easily reach it when you need to SLIGHTLY adjust pressure.
SHOULD IT HURT? Roleo is designed to provide a firm-specific massage with an adjustable pressure (moderate to strong) to target trigger points and promote normal blood flow. You may feel an uncomfortable but good, tolerable pain. This is generally normal as your tight muscles start to loosen up. It will eventually subside as you find the right amount of pressure. Stop right away if you feel a sharp pain.
If the Roleo massage is too strong for you, this can be minimized by wearing a long-sleeved sweatshirt for extra cushioning. With time, most people can tolerate more pressure. Just go slowly and increase as desired. Soreness means your muscles really need the massage.
WARNING: DO NOT hold pressure on a sore spot or trigger point or wrist compression f
