- Sample size splint sheet has moderate resistance to stretch for a secure comfort fit with superior draping and conforming qualities that stays in place while critical contours are molded
- Ezeform splint sheet is solid (no perforations) and white color with overall measurements 3/32" x 6" x 9", single sheet
- Excellent rigidity means no reinforcement is needed, the slightly tacky surface acts as a second pair of hands during fabrication, and edges trim and rub smooth easily
- Permanently bond the splint by heating the surfaces while they are pinched together (not coated), ideal for clients unable to cooperate, adapting equipment, spasticity splints, functional position splints, resting mitt splints, and elbow splints
- Non-latex material, ships flat and must be cut, molded, and fit by a medical professional
