- WHAT DOES IT DO ? Based on drawings and written records (but not here-say – we only use facts in our historical kits!), this Ballista re-creates the way in which torsion powered weapons worked, and can fire the small wooden projectiles over 15 feet!

A working re-creation of a Roman Ballista Finished model approximately 270mm x 180mm. Kit contains: 13 wood pieces, 17 dowels, string, 3 soft foam tipped wood projectiles, 10 die cut wood pieces, 6 rubber o-rings, sandpaper, glue, string and great instructions . Great for beginner model makers.
