With the help of a dietitian, Roni and her family take action to improve their health and wellness. Key components of a weight management strategy are presented. The book was created for children who are overweight and their families and can be a teaching tool for use in homes, schools, community centers, and medical practices. The goal of the book is to support families in establishing a wholesome and healthful environment for children, in which they can grow, learn and accomplish their dreams.
