- STRONG ZIRCONIA ALUMINA – Ryker Hardware uses premium strength zirconia for each type of our flap disc grinder wheels. Each disc will offer you superior cutting power, self-sharpening, and can withstand high heat/pressure; lasting you a long time
- 40-GRIT GRINDING DISCS – Each flap disc is 40 grit and is perfect for using on stainless steel, heat-treated steel, sheet metal, grinding, polishing, and for finishing & blending welds. 40 grit discs are great for heavier and rougher cuts before you begin to smooth
- 2 TYPES OF DISCS – Our flap disc pack includes 5 - T27 discs and 5 - T29 discs. Type 27 has a smooth, flat grinding surface and works best at an angle of 0° - 15°. Type 29 is a curved (conical) flap disc which gives you better cutting ability. Works best at an angle of 15° - 25°
