Description

  • High chromium hardfacing electrode designed for severe abrasion resistance. AWS A5.13 EFeCr-A1 Hardfacing Electrode. Produces a chromium carbide, high chrome cast iron weld deposit ideal for protecting components exposed to intense wear conditions.
  • Built for Severe Abrasion. Engineered for applications where abrasion is the primary wear factor, such as sand, gravel, slurry and mineral handling. Best suited for low to moderate impact environments where maximum wear resistance is required.
  • High Hardness & Long Service Life. Deposits a hard, wear-resistant surface (approx. 50 HRC) that significantly extends component life in abrasive conditions. Ideal for reducing downtime and maintenance costs in industrial operations.
  • Ideal for Mining, Pumps & Heavy Wear Parts. Commonly used for crusher components, slurry pump parts, valve surfaces, conveyor screws, mixer blades, and mining equipment exposed to abrasive materials and fluid wear.
