Description

  • High manganese austenitic hardfacing electrode designed for rebuilding and surfacing wear parts exposed to impact. AWS A5.13 EFeMn-B Hardfacing Electrode. Alloyed with molybdenum (Mo) to improve wear resistance and reduce crack sensitivity in demanding applications.
  • Enhanced Wear & Crack Resistance with Molybdenum. Compared to standard manganese electrodes, this formulation provides improved resistance to cracking and better performance in applications with combined impact and wear conditions.
  • Ideal for Heavy Equipment & Impact Wear Parts. Suitable for hardfacing and repair of crusher components, bucket teeth, bulldozer parts, manganese rails, rail crossings and other high-impact wear parts in mining, quarry and industrial environments.
  • Multiple Sizes & Cost-Effective Pack Options. Available in 1/8", 5/32", and 3/16" diameters, with cost-effective 11 lb, 22 lb, 33 lb and 44 lb pack options for maintenance shops and industrial users.
  • Recommended Application Method for Best Results. Apply using low current and narrow bead technique. Proper surface preparation is essential—remove fatigued material before welding. Light peening or controlled cooling helps reduce crack formation. Suitable for AC and DC welding.
