This special SAL3 soap cleansing bar also features a special storage Suds Jar(tm). This can also be used as a vessel to activate the SAL3 soap by soaking for the recommended time prior to lathering. After use, simply rinse and dry the Suds Jar for storage of the SAL3 cleansing bar. Salicylic Acid and Sulfur soap provides keratolytic, antifungal, and antiseptic action. Salicylic Acid alone is mildly anti-pruritic, bacteriastatic and keratolytic. This effect is due to the lowering of pH at the surface of the skin, improving the hydration of the keratin layer.
