- *The magnitude of torque can be easily controlled by simply changing the magnitude of the magnetic particle clutch current.
- *The magnetic powder brake can output a large torque even though the excitation current is small, so it is easy to form an automatic control system.
- *When the current changes, the corresponding magnetic field strength is synchronized, and the response speed is superior.
- *When the current is kept constant, the output torque is not affected by the difference in speed between the drive and the follower, i.e., there is no difference between the static torque and the dynamic torque.
- *This product can output stable torque very stably. If this feature is applied to tension control, the customer only needs to adjust the size of the current to achieve the intention of controlling the tension of the web in a simple, useful and precise way.
