Description
- This universal engine cooling fan temperature control switch has an operating temperature of 210°F (approximately 99°C) and features 3/8-inch NPT threads, making it suitable for installing the switch onto the standard interface of the engine block or radiator.
- The product is designed for universal use and is widely compatible with various gasoline engine cooling systems that use standard 3/8-inch NPT threaded interfaces. It can be used to replace old switches or install independent temperature controlled fans.
- Its core function is to monitor the coolant temperature, start when the temperature reaches the preset 210°F, automatically connect the circuit of the radiator or condenser fan to help cool the engine, and automatically turn off when the temperature reaches 195°F.
- The main body of the switch housing is made of brass material, which has good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The interior adopts a bimetallic temperature control structure.
- During installation, wrap the raw material tape around the installation thread and screw it into the threaded hole. Use a 17mm wrench to tighten it, and finally connect the power cord and fan control cable.
