- This dividing head set includes headstock, 5" 3-jaw lathe chuck, tailstock, center&driving dog, threaded back plate & 3 dividing plates. 1:40 ratio.
- Headstock adjustable from 10 downward to 90 degree upward from the horizontal position
- By using dividing scale ring, vernier, locating pin, index plate and change gear, workpieces placed can be divided into equal partitions according to your demand
- The 24 quick-dividing holes can complete 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 division indexing
- 3 dividing plates are attached along with the dividing head for indirect dividing in any division indexing 2-50, 51-380 except prime numbers and certain other numbers
Workpieces can be divided into any week for the division or straight line for indexing.The workpiece can be installed into the required angle (vertical, horizontal or inclined.through the exchange of gears, the indexing head can be connected with the table drive system, so that the indexing spindle with table feed motion for continuous rotation to milled spiral surface and the rotary surface.
