Q: How to stop the anti barking device respond from false triggered?

A: You can lower the sensitivity. If it still triggered by other noise, please contact us to resend a new item.

Q: The screen shows 7 when it’s been triggering but I only set the vibration/shock at 5. Why?

A: It would show the remaining battery when being triggering but not the level you set.
