Product Information Sheet SYNCOLEIN - Â¬Medical Food Syncolein is a mix of natural chemicals formulated as a medical food for someone with Parkinson's disease. The chemicals in Syncolein are derived from plants and are FDA approved for human consumption without a prescription. Syncolein is comprised of Mannitol, Alpha-Galactosidase and Maltodextrin. The specific mixture of chemicals has not been FDA approved to treat any disease and no claims are made about the effectiveness of using Syncolein to treat any disease or condition. HOW TO ADMINISTER SYNCOLEIN Syncolein comes in powder form and it is recommended that two tablespoons (scoops) of the powder be dissolved in a cup of hot, caffeinated coffee or tea. Stir and drink at your leisure. Syncolein is portioned to take two tablespoons each day. Take Syncolein after a meal. There are 13 calories per tablespoon or scoop. One scoop equals one tablespoon. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS The most common side effects can be gas and bloating. Gas can be treated with over-the-counter anti-gas medication. Other possible side effects may include diarrhea, chest discomfort, cough, dry heaves, runny nose, shortness of breath, sore throat, tightness in the chest, vomiting, headache, dizziness, nausea, renal failure, urinary retention, arm pain and dehydration. Stop taking Syncolein right away if you have any of these side effects and see your doctor. Excess consumption can have a laxative effect. DO NOT take Syncolein if you have kidney problems, if you have liver disease, if you have low blood pressure, if you are pregnant or breast feeding, if you have coronary artery disease or if you have ever had congestive heart failure. Syncolein includes Alpha-galactosidase, a natural enzyme, to reduce gas. DO NOT take Syncolein if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Drink water throughout the day.
