Extra strong, modified D2 steel has a higher carbon and chromium production, is easy to sharpen and is durable when in constant use. The steel composition has excellent corrosion resistance and is a tremendous everyday steel. Heat treated will good edge retention, the blade steel has a high chromium and carbon content that provides superior abrasion resistance and edge holding capabilities.
Attractive Blade Finish Bead-Blasted finish enhances a knife's aesthetics and complements its end- use. The high-tech finish is achieved by applying a mixture of fine media onto the blade's steel under high pressure, creating a smooth, non-reflective matte surface. Fine media includes glass and aluminum oxide beads that allow color variation and optimal performance results for an overall stunnig.
Fast Deployment Using a Flipper to move the blade out of the handle,this knife's Assisted Opening system enables smooth, secure, fast one-handed blade deployment.
