Scapa 225 Mid-Grade Gaffers Tape is a high quality, waterproof, vinyl-coated cloth tape single-coated with a natural rubber based adhesive. With 50 ounces per inch adhesion, Scapa 225 provides good tack, but it is also designed to remove adhesive-residue free. It also features a matte, non-reflective backing and it has a total thickness of 12 mils. Applications include bundling, waterproof wrapping, packaging and color coding. This tape along with Scapa 125 and 425 all utilize Scapa?s extremely low gloss finish/backing and reflects the least amount of light of all the gaffer tapes we sell. Scapa 225 is an extremely popular all around general purpose gaffer tape. Made in Canada. NOTES: Sizes shipped will typically be the tape industry standard metric-cut sizes, i.e. 24mm for each 1 inch of nominal tape width ordered (rolls are approximately 5% narrower than the nominal size). This product's actual size is 72mm x 55m. This tape is typically cut to width from log rolls so most sizes ship on non-branded plain white cores.
